PS Elements Crashes in MAC 02 12.0.1 - Same for PSE 2021 and PSE 2022

My PS Elements 2021 has been crashing so I paid for an downloaded PSE 2022 still crashing.  

Could this be in any way related to MAC OS 12 - Specifically MAC OS 12.01.1?    

If so is this an Adobe or Apple problem to fix.  Or do I need to just ditch Adobe and go to another program?
