Question

PS Elements crashes when I try to print

With a recent purchase/installation of Photoshop Elements 2021 all is well... until I select PRINT. As soon as I press PRINT the app shuts down completely. No alert, no warning. Boom, closed. As a side note, I have a PS Elemenets competitor app on my computer and it prints just fine.

My specifics:
Adobe Photoshop Elements Version: 19.0 (20210304.m.156367) x64
Operating System: Windows 10 64-bit
Memory used by Photoshop Elements: 70 %

Help would be appreciated

Save your work, then do what the arrow is pointing to.

I did this....Reset Preferences on next launch. It did not work. And now I am having a lot of trouble opening the program after it crashes. Finder says File cannot be found.

Now what?

1. Are you printing via the Editor or via the Organizer? Switch to the other and attempt to print. The print engines are not the same.

2. Have you installed the latest driver for your printer?

1. I am (attempting) printing from the Editor. I don't use or need the
organizer.

2. Yes, I have the latest print drivers (which I needed to do having
recently purchased my current computer)

The printer works fine with all other software.
Thanks for the response
Any other suggestions?
