PS Elements Crop Custom Drop down

In PS Elements I created a Custom ratio in the crop drop down box.

When I first open PSE the custom drop down appears correctly for the first Crop.

When I create further Crops the Custom selection does not appear in the list until PSE is closed and reopened.

I can see only Use Photo Ratio or static settings

Can anyone say how I can recover the Custom setting to allow me to use the setting on further image crops?
