PS Elements funktioniert nicht

PS Elements 15 funktioniert auf meinem neuen PC nicht. Hab es de- und wiederinstalliert. Kann das Programm aufrufen, aber dann geht nichts mehr - muss das Programm über Task Manager beenden.

Try downloading and installing the free Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application. You do not have to purchase any of the Creative Cloud applications. Installing this application has solved similar problems for other users with older Elements programs.
