PS Elements tool Bar Size

Hi, 

 

I just downloaded PS elements 2022. I can't change the size of the tool bar and the bottom portion of the toolbar is cut off. How do I fix this? I am working on a Macbook air.

What screen resolution are you running?

 

Is the screen resolution your running, the default resolution?
