PS Elements, (Windows) can 'change over' to the Mac version?

Apologies for 'bothering you her on the 'Forum', (it seems impossible to get to Adobe itself as to questions such as this) but can anyone advise me if having purchased the Windows version of PS Elements (2018) is it possible to 'change' to the Mac version of the programme without having to purchase the programme again.

The reason I ask is I guess obvious, in that I am contemplating purchasing an Apple computer.

Incidentally (but in fact not 'incidental' at all) is that even IF the answer is 'yes', I see absolutely no means of contacting Adobe as to doing this.
