PS Elements13 doesn't recognise Raw for Panasonic DMC-TZ100

Question

I have checked my updates and the message I get says up to date .However it still will not open the RW2 file for this camera.It does open jpgs I am using a Mac version OSX .I beleive i may need the Raw update 6.2 where do I download it from please as I cannot find it on this site.

I am tearing my hair out as the whole point of buying the new camera was to use Raw in PSElements rather than the camera software.I have two other cameras an DMCFZ18 older panasonic and a cannon Eos 110D SLR all those raw files open ok in PSE13

Any help would be appreciated thank you

Actually the Panasonic DMC-TZ100 requires camera raw 9.5 or newer.

Since pse 13 can only use up to camera raw 9.0, you can use the adobe dng converter to convert the RW2 files to dng copies which then pse 13 should open.

Another option is to upgrade to pse 15 so you can open the DMC-TZ100 without using the dng converter.
