PSE 10 compatibel with WIN 11

I had to install it to be able to install PSE 2018 on Windows 11.

I can't answer your question specifically, but I can tell you that I have yet to see any user reporting that an older version will not work with Windows 11.  (That is not to say that I haven't seen some usual and ordinary problems posted by users with Win 11.)  And, obviously, the program specs do not include Win 11 as a compatible OS.
