PSE 10 - drawing lines on pic

I need help, please. I need to draw lines and add measurements to a picture of a cabinet and send it to my builder.

How can I do it?

In the current PSE2021 version, in the welcome screen, type "draw a line or arrow" to access the online help for the feature.

Is that some kind of technical drawing? Maybe Illustrator is more apropriate tool if you have acess.
