PSE 11 - Deactivation & Serial

I've attempted to transfer PSE11 on to a new PC.

I cant find my packaging with the serial number on but I have extracted this from the registry, the serial starts 9155...

I have uninstalled the programme from my old PC and selected to deactivate the software through the uninstaller.

When trying to install on my new PC the installer is telling me that the serial is incorrect.

Can anyone confirm whether PSE 11 has standard first digits from the serial number and if so are the ones quoted above correct.
