PSE 11 Editor Suddenly stopped working

When running PSE 11 in Windows 10, the program comes up in Organizer with no problem, but when I try to go into Editor i get the message "A problem has occurred with the licensing of this product.  I get Error 213:11 also.

I reinstalled PSE 11 using the on line  Installation procedure which first uninstalls PSE11 and then reinstalls it.  That did not fix the problem.  PSE 11 worked ok about a week ago.

    For the error 213:11 coming on opening the editor, you may try the workflow as given in the below thread.
