PSE 13 Organizer will not launch

Have been running PSE 13 for past two years with no issues. For whatever reason the Organizer will not launch; Editor seems to be working fine. Tried a couple of the suggestions noted on wed on how to correct but no luck. Any suggestions.

Have been thinking of going to PSE 15; if I do and as I don't know current issue does anyone know if 15 would just override 13 version? How about photos, do they just transfer over?

    Hi,

    Can you please mention your OS?

    You can try clearing application preferences for Organizer. While launching Organizer, keep Shift+ Alt+ Ctrl pressed. A dialog would appear asking to clear preferences. Click yes to it.

    Version 13 and 15 are independent of each other. In case you install Elements 15, Elements 13 can coexist on the same machine.

    You can convert your Elements 13 catalog to Elements 15 directly. Refer to Create and edit catalogs in Adobe Elements Organizer
