Question

PSE 13 will not print photos in colour in Windows 10

On seeking advice from Adobe specialists I have twice reinstalled PSE 13, none of which have solved my problem. I understand that PSE 13 is not compatible with Windows 10 (although Adobe should have created a patch to ensure it is). I have read that by changing a file name this would allow compatibility. it's the file 'Set-up.exe' which needs changing to 'Setup.exe'. I have no idea how this can be done - perhaps someone does. In almost every photo is a '?' in the top left=hand corner. on the few photos that do not have the '?' they will print correctly so what can be done to solve this issue?

To change the name of a file in Windows, right click on the file name and the menu will have an option to rename.

Can you print in color from the editor, or, does the issue prevail both in Editor & Organizer?

Do you have the most recent driver for your printer? Check on the manufacturer's website and install same if indicated.
