PSE 14 and eLive

I use Windows 10 and PSE14 and yes I have just started to be directed to eLive when starting PSE and I would like always to go to EXPERT.  The eLive page displays the following message.  I have tried to reset preferences but that too fails.  Can anyone help?

You will find a long discussion about this issue here.  As I have mentioned in that other thread, I have reported this issue to Adobe and am awaiting a response.
