PSE 14 black drop down menu & black buttons

Hi everyoine !

I am very embarrassed because I've just reinstalled PSE 14 on my new computer (windows 10 as the previews one !) and all the buttons and drop down menu are highlight in BLACK and I can not read anything.

I just can't use PSE at all !

What shall I do ???
