PSE 14 Photomerge

In PSE 14, when I use the dropdown File -- New - I do not get the full menu path to create a photomerge.  I am running completely updated version of 14 on a windows 10 maching.  Used photomerge before, it just dissapeared

I no longer have PSE 14 installed on my computer. There has been three ways to start the Photomerge from the editor depending on the version, but the best way has always been to launch Photomerge from the Organizer. Menu Edit >> Photomerge.
