PSE 14 restore file dates

Went from PC to Mac.  Did full back up to and external drive and restore from that drive onto iMac.  Now in Finder all photo files have the restore date not the shot date. The shot dates are there in PSE but not visible in Finder.  How do I get the correct dates (created, modified, shot) to be seen in Finder on the Mac? Or, is there a Finder like view in PSE that provides a list of file names and dates?
