PSE 14 won't work windows 10 update - integer between 50 and 8 keeps showing and hangs

i hv PSE 14, read the forums and tried registry - click on decimal and input 8000 (My comp has 4gb ram).

When i start PSE, still shows not enough ram and when I  go to edit > preferences, it shows integer between 50 and 8 and hangs

I need help

    Hi, i tried again and it works, my path

    Registry : hkey current user > software > Adobe > Photoshop elements > 14.0 > right click >New> dword 32 > type OverridePhysicalMemoryMB >  right click > modify > click decimal > type 4000 > ok

    I open PSE 14 and it works
