PSE 15 Clickable Image without using Slice Tool (which is not included in this version) Have Elements+ also (slice is not in this either)

I have a JPG image. I want to be able to paste that image into a Facebook reply and have the user click on the image to go to the link. Facebook will not show the image from the webpage.
