PSE 15 does not show PSE 13 actions I have. How do I install actions to PSE 15?

I have both PSE 13 and 15 on my MAC.  I am unable to open PSE 13, it crashes.  But when I open PSE 15 I am unable to find all the actions I had installed on PSE 13.  How do I go about finding and installing/transferring PSE 13 actions into PSE 15?  Any help is greatly appreciated.

Well, my MAC updated overnight and now I cannot open either PSE 13 or 15.  So I'm without a photo editing software!  This is so frustrating.  From what I am reading, the versions I have are not compatible with macOS catalina.  Wonderful.  I guess I'll have to purchase the 2021 version in order to work on my MAC, even though I had just purchased 15.
