PSE 15 has been crashing lately.

Don't know if "crashing" is the right word. But I've had to reinstall it because the shortcuts wouldn't work. Had to dig around in the downloads to find the right app.

    You've stated that your shortcuts stopped working in PSE 15 so you found the right app in downloads and reinstalled it but it's now crashing?   Do I have that right?  Was installation successful?  We're going to need a better description of the problem(s) you're now having.  Also, are you using Win or Mac and which OS version?
