PSE 15 installation problem

Hi,

I am trying to install PSE 15 and am encountering an error when trying to extract the file. The error is "Insufficient disk space. Please check minimum requirements and free up disk space and try again".

Since I have over 100GB of free space on my laptop I don't understand why I am receiving this error.

I purchased PSE 15 (for Windows) as a digital download from Amazon and have tried downloading the file from both Amazon and Adobe, but I receive the same error when extracting either file.

I have a 2015 MacBook Pro, running MacOS Sierra 10.12.6. I also have Parallels 12 installed. I am trying to install PSE 15 on the Windows side of my Mac.

Is there anyway that I can get around this annoying problem?
