After a clean install El Capitan on my iMac I installed PSE 15. It keeps crashing.

Is PSE15 not made for El Capitan?

Keep Ctrl + Alt +Shift keys pressed while launching Photoshop Elements. You will get a dialog asking to clear Photoshop Elements Settings file?

Click yes, now see if Editor crashes.

In case, it crashes again > requesting you to please attach the crash logs here for better understanding of the issue.
