PSE 15: ordered 64 bit by default, but need 32 bit

My system is 32-bit system.

After buying PSE update I tried to download but I'v noticed that as a 64-bit version.

I had started to download but I stopped that immediately.

Then i check how to get 32-bit, but I've discovered that it is only availaible the 64bit version or at least it seem to me.

I've lost my money or there could a solution.

How can I solve?

How can I contact a customer care office?

Thanks for posting on Adobe forums.

PSE 15 is only available for 64 bit computers. If it is purchased from Adobe , You can get a refund within 30 days of purchase. If you have bought it from Some other retailer, You can contact them & get a refund as per their refund policy.
