PSE 15 Organizer

Using WIndows 10 as the platform.

I cannot select FILE, EDIT, VIEW or HELP.  When I try to select any of those functions the show highlighted and nothing happens.

Cannot Select SHARE or CREATE either.  Has anyone else encountered this?

    Using Windows 10 I have changed display size to 125% and now I can select the menu options.   Not sure how this will effect other apps.  I will have to remember to do this when I want to use Organizer,

    I see the menus with no problem.  I cannot access them.  When I try to select the following IMPORT, FILE, EDIT, VIEW,HELP, CREATE, or SHARE nothing happens.

    I use Windows 10 and I have changed Display, Scale and Layout to 125% and I now can select items on the menu.

    Thanks for giving me this idea.
