I have recently downloaded a purchased PSE15. The editor portion opens and works great but the Organizer freezes at "Initializing threads" when I try to launch it. I am on a MacBook Pro Sierra 10.12.2. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall. I will be very grateful for any help! Thank you

Hi,

Have you tried launching Elements Organizer directly from Applications and still facing the same issue?

Please try rebooting your machine once.

Not try launching Organizer keeping Shift key pressed.

This will open Manage Catalogs dialog. Click on New button to create a new catalog.

If new catalog opens up fine, try switching to your older catalog and let us know if it works.
