PSE 15 Organizer Navigation & Functions

Bought PSE 15 yesterday basically to organize my photos since Windows 10 dropped support for Essentials Photo Gallery. And it was gone when I bought a new PC and no way to get it back. Here is where I am:

I have all my photos tagged. Need to make some corrections. How to merge two tags with same name? How to delete an incorrect tag? How to basically navigate around the screen and functions. Can you point me to a basic tutorial? These PSE functions are not logical to an old Windows/Office user like me. HELP!

    In case your menus are not responding to mouse clicks, we are very sorry for the inconvenience. The workaround to resolve that problem is listed hereMouse cursor not visible or menus not opening in Adobe Elements Organizer​
