pse 15 problem
I am experiencing problems trying to run my PSE 15 software on my new mac computer. It was working perfectly well on my old one, but now will not open and comes up with Error Code 150:30. My new computer is running on macOS High Sierra.
I was in a chatroom support conversation with an Adobe agent who said I would have to back up all my Adobe files, run a 'cleaner tool' which will remove all Adobe files, then reinstall PSE from a web link. I do not understand this. It will be very disruptive to my business to have Adobe files removed from all my seperated project folders and sub folders, and not to be replaced in the correct location.
There must be a better solution for your customers. The software should run on my new computer.
Please advise. I need this for my day to day work, so I would appreciate a timely response.
