PSE 15 SLOW!

Elements 15 seems really slow on my PC. I am running Windows 10 and have 27,000 pictures in my catalog. It is quite slow! Also, whenever the facial suggestion indicates someone that it isn't, I can't remove the suggested name by clicking X.
