After downloading PSE 15 update received this: This site can’t be reached The webpage at file:///C:/%5CUsers%5CMike%5CAppData%5CLocal%5CTemp%5Cfla541C.tmp.html might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address. ERR_INVALID_URL

Yes there are no updates for older versions. No need to worry if your softwares is still working ok.

Where did you download the update from? Installation files are normally saved into the downloads folder where you unzip (extract all) and then double-click Setup.

On PSE 15 went to help, then updates...message said updates available. Followed instructions downloaded update. At the end of installation restarted PSE and received the message.
