PSE 15 with 64 bit instead of 32 bit

I bought an Upgrade DVD of PSE 15 with 64 bit instead of 32 Bit (Windows). But now I read " this product can only be installed on a 64-bit-system" and I can't install it. What can I do?

    You can check the minimum system requirement for PSE 15 at Photoshop Elements system requirements

    In case of return/exchange, please refer to Return, cancel, or exchange an Adobe order

    Dear Arshla,

    thanks for your answer. My hardware has a 32-bit-system and I can't install the Upgrade. So I have to use my PSE 12 furthermore.

    But my PSE 12 does not work proper now: I can't read the tools under the menu bar in the organizer (the letters are very small and very tight together). How can I fix this Problem?
