pse 18 organizer does not open

I just purchased pse 18 upgrade today and downloaded it. It installed, but when I click to open the organizer it will not open. I have tried three times with rests in between tries, but no results. I did allow the organizer to import pictures from my previous version. I don't even know if they were imported since I cannot open the organizer.
