PSE 19 repeatedly crashing on Mac due to problem with display driver. [was: PROBLEM]

Can someone please help? My Photoshop Elements 19 keeps crashing. This message keeps coming up after each crash on my Mac.

Photoshop Elements has encountered a problem with the display driver, and has

temporarily disabled enhancements which use the graphics hardware.

Check the manufacturer's website for the latest software.

I can't find any help. I can't speak to anyone, what do I do now?
