PSE 2018

Hi, I took a time lapse (raw) and when I open all the files I had a spot on my lens. I am allowed to make adjustment to batch files in raw,  but when I want to use a spot healing brush or the patch tool it will not allow me to apply the same area to all 500 pictures at one time. I hope that I am missing something and I don't have to go through each picture manually. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
