PSE 2018 and the people have gone (no names by the faces)?

I upgrtaded to PSE 2018 but had problems with it. I have updated from win 7 to win 10 and thought that I would try PSE1 again.

I restored from a back up of earlier this year and all appeared to be good and this time the problems seem to have gone away, but when I look at the "people" section all of the names appear tro have disappeared.

Is there a way to get these back as some of the people were "one offs" and I am unlikley to recall who they were if I have to go through them all again.
