PSE 2018 image previews not clear

When I go to edit my images in PSE18 the preview is not clear and horrible to edit and I am not willing to edit with 100% zoom just to get the image clear. Please say there is a way to open the image and its clear to edit ?

    The image is probably not clear due to all views except 100% being interpolated in photoshop elements.

    However, views percents of say 25 and 50 should be better than uneven view percents like 33.

    What the adobe says about 100% view

    A zoom setting of 100% provides the most accurate view, because each image pixel is displayed by one monitor pixel. (At other zoom settings, image pixels are interpolated to a different amount of monitor pixels.)

    Setting the zoom to 25% has solved it , How weird tho ?

    When you Zoom on an image to 100%, that is just like applying a "magnifying glass" to the screen display. The image itself is not altered.

    Does a print come out blurred? Have you utilized any tools to enhance the image? What is the resolution of the file?

    I shoot RAW and the image size is 6000x4000

    When i have done editing it and view it on windows photo viewer its perfect. When it comes to editing in PSE 18, the image is not clear, it looks like the image has jaggered lines , horrible to edit

    1. Go to Image>Resize>Image size and read what the resolution is in px/in

    2. Do the prints look "horrible" with "jagged lines?"

    3. Is this a recent development utilizing the software?
