I currently have PSE 18 and when I open it, only the editor opens, not the organizer. Do I have to open them separately or can I get them both to open at the same time?
Also, is it possible to just purchase and upgrade for PSE 2020??
You need to open them separtaely but it is possible to make desktop shortcuts for each or pin them to the taskbar (or dock on MacOS) to launch with a single click. You can try free for 30 days before purchasing an upgrade. What’s New in Elements 2020
