PSE 2019 CRASHING

Hi,

I have installed  2019 PSE & if I leave the programme open for 20 minutes or so and return to it, it is crashing. (spinning beach ball)

One or 2 of the other designers in our office have this problem. Does anyone have a solution or having the same issue?

(iMac 2017 with Mac OS Mojave)

Same problem, and also have given Adobe the Accessibility option as suggested by piyushc7675253.

    Hi,

We apologize for the inconvenience caused.

I would suggest you to try the below steps which should improve the performance of the Photoshop Elements.

    1. Click on the Apple icon on the top left corner and then click System Preferences.
    2. Now click on Privacy tab.
    3. On the left panel highlight Accessibility.
    4. Then click on lock icon and enter your admin password to unlock it.
    5. Click on the plus (+) icon and then add Adobe Elements 2019 Organizer, Adobe Photoshop Elements 2019 and Adobe Photoshop Elements 2019 editor which you should be able to find in the Application folder.

Note: You should be able to find the Adobe Photoshop Elements 2019 editor under this location : Application/ Adobe Photoshop Elements 2019 / Support Files / Adobe Photoshop Elements editor

After adding all these it should look like below.

    1. Click on the lock icon again to lock it.
    2. Now you may check and use Photoshop Elements.

    Hi piyushc76752533

Do you have any advice for Windows 10 users who are experiencing similar issues?

    Hello,

We apologize for the inconvenience caused.

Just wanted to confirm if you received any sort of crash report? If yes, then please refer to the steps mentioned on this link and submit the crash report. Submit a crash report for Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom

If you didn't receive any crash report, then please navigate to ~Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports/ and share the .crash file corresponding to the crash.

    Thanks,

    Medha

OMG me too its the freaking Mojave. I want to uninstall it but that sounds like a huge task and I am a photographer. I just know I will end up losing something I need. There has to be a way for Adobe to just fix it lol.
