PSE 2019 No update option - won't update to ACR 11.2 or at all

My PSE 2019 is stuck at Camera Raw version 11.1 and won't accept Fujifilm X-T30 RAW files.  The update tab is greyed out and won't activate nor is there the blue bell for a manual update.  How do I get the version of Camera Raw I need?  It's been months without an update.  Also, I tried the Camera Raw installer but it does not work with PSE.

    I understand an update is in the pipeline but don’t have a specific date.

    Try batch converting a bunch of Fujifilm raw files to Adobe Raw (DNG) without loss of quality. Use a separate source and destination folder and import into PSE from the latter. Here are the download links for the latest v11.3 to batch convert RAF to DNG while you are waiting for the PSE camera raw update.
