PSE 2020: Nothing happens after clicking on Create=>Slideshow

I get no response after clicking CREATE=>SLIDESHOW in any mode.

All pictures are active in PhotoBin

All other create functions work

Using Windows 10/64-bit

Video card:  NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 Super

Processor:  AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 8-Core

Glad to provide any other data requested...not sure what might be needed as this is my first post.
