PSE 2020 Organizer Sort

I have the "Sort By" set to Newest in my PSE 2020 Organizer. But, it only sorts by the newest DATE. All photos with the same date are sorted with the "oldest (time)" first!

 

Is there a setting that will make it sort both Date & Time in descending order?
