PSE 2020 Update Problem

I get a message that there is an update available for PSE 2020 then when I try to quit the program I get a text window that says:

There is no application set to open the URL auphd://update?sapCode=PSE&baseVersion=18.0&platform=osx10-64&skipUpdateInfo=true.

Don't know what to do then. I won't allow the App to quit normally, I have to force-quit it.

Thank you for this URL. I was able to find Adobe Update Helper and the update succeeded. Now a happy camper again:-)

I cannot find the Adobe Update Helper in my system library, where you said to look.
