PSE 2021 is over-riding photo paper size

I am using PSE2021 on Windows 10 with an Epson XP-6000 printer, using 4x6 inch photo paper. But when I print photos from PSE, the paper size is over-ridden to 5x7. (Paper size settings are definitely set to 4x6 both on the printer itself and in the PSE Print dialogue.)

This is not a problem with the printer as Microsoft Photo app prints correctly.

I suspect that you are printing via the Organizer, There are several reports of this bug. The work-around is to print via the Editor. The print engines in Organizer & Editor are not the same.

The Organizer development team does NOT talk to the Editor develpment team even though they work for the same software publisher. And, the publisher just packages both Organizer and Editor together with little testing. SAD!
