PSE 2022 Compatibility Issue with Windows 11

Purchased an Asus Vivobook today, Windows 11. Purchased and dowloaded PSE 2022 to the Asus, from MS Store. Takes 30+ minutes for the photo editor to open. Asus customer service says it's a compatibility issue with Windows 11. Is it?

What are the specs of the Asus Vivobook?

There are some models that are not powerful enough for PSE 2022.
