In Photoshop Elements 2022 werden unter Dateiinformationen, DICOM folgende Angaben gefordert:Patienname:Patienten-ID:Geburtsdatum: sekundengenauPatiengeschlecht:Überweisender Arzt:Etc Diese Forderungen sollten überdacht werden.

Why would you care about DICOM metadata?

This is part of the metadata sharing standards and is available for medical use. You are certainly not required ('fordert') to use it, and I challenge you to find normal users who think they have to use it.
