PSE 2022 Expert Toolbar Not Showing Labels

I am new to PSE and am taking a class for it. When I open the Photo Editor and select Expert, the left nav toolbar shows the icons and dividers but the sections are not labeled. My instructor has never seen this before. Any guidance would be appreciated! Thanks!

Yes, that usually happens if your screen resolution is below a certain size, because if the labels were to show at that particular screen resolution, the toolbar would be cut off on the bottom.

What operating system are you using?

What is the screen resolution of your computer?
