PSE 2023 doesn't run on Windows 11 unless manually told to open as Administrator at every start up.

PSE 2023 doesn't run on Windows 11 unless manually told to open as Administrator at every start up. This is a rather recent development.  Windows update?  At first it opened the Organizer, but I couldn't send pictures to the Editor. After some searching I succeeded to get around this by manually tick a box to open as
Administrator.  I first have to start up  the Editor this way and than the Organizer like that too.
