PSE 2023 Installed Font Issues

Any idea if they've announced a plan to fix it? I FINALLY upgraded from 2011 to 2023 after getting a brand new PC for my small business and I can't even continue my design work since PSE isn't recognizing certain  fonts. I've only attempted one thankfully, trying to update my website media and I don't even want to continue installing fonts if they're not all going to register.

@Kassandra31511327sh7z

What OS are you using - Windows or Mac? Are these fonts that are missing Postscript Type 1 fonts? Adobe ended support for creating content with Type 1 fonts in January 2023.

Can you be more specific? What font(s) have you not been able use in PSE 2023?

Windows.
I have over 200 fonts I’ve purchased from Creative Market. I didn’t bother
installing them all and I’m reaching out to the creators to see if they can
tell me as I’m not quite sure how to check myself.

I’ll take this as a sign for a fresh start haha.

Hi Kassandra, Windows PostScript Type 1 fonts will have either a .pfb, .pfm, or .afm file extension. Most common fonts are either True Type or Open Type which have a .ttf, or .otf file extension.

Have you tried using any of these fonts in other Windows apps like MS Word?
