PSE 2023: PSE2023 installs in french even if I choose english

Hi,

I currently have PSE 2021 installe in "english" on my machine but for some reason the PSE 2023 installation sticks to french even if I clearly choose "english (north america". I re-installed 3 times already without success.

Ideas/suggestions?
