PSE 2024 Organizer "frozen"

when I open my PSE 2024 (latest version, just updated) on Windows 11 PC, and then go on to Organizer, it opens, and I can scroll thru my fotos, but I can't open any menu, and I've got 10 FPS. When I open the Editor, all works fine. All my software is updated, and my PC has got 32GB of RAM, and I checked the Adobe recommendations on performance settings.

Try this: In organizer:   EDIT>PREFERENCES 

One you do it: close and reopen organizer

Thank you. Tried that one - with no effect. As said I can't do anything in Organizer but scrolling thru fotos and open them. Thus I initiated the "restore default settings" in Editor.

I will try next installing on another computer.
